Now I have more idea who I am... 13 months ago

This goal is easier. It is a bit of a chicken and egg situation and as each piece falls into place who knowing and accepting who I am then it becomes easier to be true to that. I have had situations recently where I could have chosen so fabulous people pleasing and not been true to myself but I didn’t and the world didn’t end for anyone. I got more of a buzz being true to me than I ever did from people pleasing.

I had a situation where I spoke out and was true to myself. It was a liberating and positive experience. I was astonished that the other person was receptive to my ideas and feelings and accepted my boundaries. if only I had known it was that easy!!!
