After a while it’s really gotten a routine!
nothing compares to the feeling after your workout and well – after the shower ;-)!!!
It’s a great way to lose some tension/aggression. You’ll feel more balanced and after a really good workout I’m so totally worn out that I don’t have trouble falling asleep. (which I used to have…)

Well, looking back now I can say I kinda achieved my goal. Only kind of because in the last 10 months I did a whole lot of sports and this even on a regular basis.
According to my sportswatch:
- #164 workouts
- 291 hours
- 80264 burned kalories
I even lost a lot of weight…
... only to gain it again later. But that’s another story
I want to do more sports! Get a nicer stomach and a better defined body! So I’ll try to do sports at least 5 times a week.
I want to do some sessions with my egometer (bike) and some exercises like situps push ups and stuff.
I also want to lose some weight this way. But I don’t want to express my goal in kg or lbs because I think thats harder to achieve and sometimes you can work as hard as you want and still your body doesn’t work like it should.
So my first goal is too burn at leas 2.000 kcal per week by doing sports. I have a sportswatch and and some kind of belt which you put around your chest in order to detect your pulse and stuff!
So I hope I can achieve this goal for the next weeks!
