i’m getting better at the treadmill, i was able to do 30 minutes at 8.5 which is good for now. i’ll work on getting faster but i’m happy with things now.

this is so exciting! i want to be 160 and toned…who knows how long that will take but i’m willing to work at it! i’m 6’ tall and was a bball player so i’m doubting that i’ll be that ‘in shape’ but i can do my best!
i’m tired of filling my body with artificial foods! especially since real food makes my body feel so strong!!
