I am already down 24.8 pounds. I had lost 44, but gained back 26 in a binge cycle. NOW, i want to give myself the smaller goal of losing 40 pounds so that i can accomplish something before by bigger goal of losing 100 pounds. was going to say fifty, but i have to lose 40 before 50. I can do this. I will do this.
