i haven’t had a binge in such a long time. i think it is because i have greatly cut down my intake of flour and sugar. it is great to say that for at least 6 months this year, i haven’t been bingeing. yay, amen, thank you God, thank you Self.

i haven’t binged in 5 months because i’ve eliminated sugar and flour. i’ve lost 30 pounds. and i feel so much better and more in control. good luck everyone.
let’s reign this in. yesterday and the day before were challenging.
wow. binged on oatmeal. cooked, raw, baked. i’ve eaten almost 2 big containers of oatmeal over the past 3-4 days.
i’m fat and crazy, chubby bunny. i ate 5 pieces of wwatcher whole wheat diet bread with peanut butter and fat free cool whip. this is a legendary binge for me—because it was sooooo good and i had had weeks of self control.
wow i just noticed, thanks to this site, that i have been binging on peanut butter and diet whole wheat bread. i did the same thing last week. might need to take these items out of the fridge and out of the homebase. i also ate a whole box of those choc peanut butter wwatcher bars. geez. i’ll get up. i’ll get up.
binges are getting smaller, food is changing. ‘binged’ today by eating a package of wwatcher choc peanut butter bars.8 pts in the whole box which is nothing compared to the binges that put this weight problem on me. i also ate 1/2 a cup of sorbet, a tsp of pbutter on 2 lite diet whole wheat breads, and 2 diet light wheat breads and a veggie burger. i have counted these things as my extra points for the week. binges are gettin smaller…
my binges are becoming healthier, if they happen. meaning the food inside of the binge is changing. the lists of foods are shorter. and they have been coming a lot less, and they are shorter periods of time. this is good. i know how fickle binges are, but this is good.
this is really the thing. i’m so tired of binging and feeling that feeling that takes your over—the stuffed, blurry, dizzy, frenzied whirl of a binge.
