tomorrow is the start of my 6 week bootcamp class, 4 days a week at bright and early 5:30am.
i have feeling i may not be able to walk at the end of this week.
last week i had been getting up earlier than i normally do to prepare my body for a 6 week bootcamp class that starts at 5:30 in the morning. i had also been eating healthier and more regularly to help my body get ready. and i started taking multivitamins and fish oil capsules.
well, atthe end of the week you would think i would be the picture of glowing health, but i am sick and have been all weekend. looking back now i think it was a combination of lack of sleep and too little food that finally got to me.
for the past couple of weeks, pretty much since i have been moving around more i keep getting what i think are muscle spasms on the side of my lower spine. it hurts when i get up and i kind of have to tilt to one side until the muscle stretches out. i think it’s because i have gotten so weak from not doing any kind of labor based work.
need to do something about it.
the new goals for the strength workout:
*a stable body that is able to withstand bumps and sudden unexpected movements
*a body that is equal on both sides in terms of strength and flexibility
i have already designed the new workout, building on what has already been done by making existing exercises harder and adding a few new ones.
the start day is this monday.
