I’m down one pound and some ounces (almost 2 pounds) from where I was at the beginning of the month. Of course, it could just be water/premenstrual weight that I’ve lost. I had fallen back into the habit of not drinking, or drinking soda. A lot. Easing back there, I’ve brought my water intake back up to just about 2 liters a day. Unless I’m super hot or moving a lot, anything more than 2 liters a day makes me feel like a camel. Those two things alone could be significant factors in the almost two pound loss.
I’ve found some great motivation and I’m avoiding the things that make me bleh. When I’m bleh I don’t eat. When I don’t eat, my metabolism stops.
Three more weeks. Eight pounds. Not safe. Not healthy. I won’t make that goal, but if I get close I’ll be happy. I’ll reset the goal the first of every month.
