So I make it two days a week – at least 5:15…
Its hard to keep up with everything. But it goes much better when I take the time to sit at the beginning of the day… (Or to go and kick things with our Tae Kwon Do teacher!)

Early works really well for meditation

So I’ve got to get up early. The neighborhood is quiet then, and after I feed Los Gatos… I can just sit for 45 minutes with no interruptions :-) Makes such a difference! They say that some Tibetan teachers would just sit up in bed and start their prayer and meditation. Thats so inspiring! Me – I’m bound to the two cats and I do like making coffee before I sit.
Looking forward to it, now! Time for bed!
