Summer must be good for me…......2 positive wiegh ins in a row. Down to 222..I am a little motivated now.
Well, I am 225 as of this morning…....not alot of loss but still going in the right direction….lol
The good thing about going in the wrong direction is that it makes losing a little easier…..lol Finally yesterday i saw some progress, 226 at the gym. The warmer weather also makes it easier to just put on sneakers and get out of the house.
OOOOOOOOOO this is getting annoying, I went to the gym today for a change and hit the scale….......tipped it more like it. I was 231, a new life time high. I really need to be better After seeing that number I did work my ass off though.
Well I may…......maybe might have a little momentum. I weighed in at 226. Now I need to make eating right a habit
I have moved the gym category over to the done list. Now what I need to focus on is losing some wieght. I always do well and then need to re focus and lose like 10 lbs to be where i like to be.
This was a particularly good summer and I did break my gym routine. The result was I slipped past my usual extra 10 lbs and went right to 20.SO…......I am moving this up on the list cause I need to focus on it.
