Yesterday I was in a clothes store and grabbed a couple of tops. I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to try them on, so bought them in a 10. I tried them on when I got home and they’re actually a little too big! Hooray!
It’s weird though- I don’t feel like I’ve lost weight and I can’t see it when I look in a mirror either, but suddenly I’m finding that size 8 clothes fit me. I suppose I’ve been more conscious of what I’ve been eating and I have stopped eating donuts, which I guess is a big part of any weight-loss program!

I’m not sure if this goal is complete or not…
A while ago I bought some size 8 trousers via the internet and they turned out to be far too small for me. Sob. This is one of the things that prompted me to choose this goal. I couldn’t be bothered to return them and they have been hanging over my bedroom window ever since, mocking me! Yesterday morning I was getting dressed and I saw them again and thought I’d try them on.
What do you know? They fitted. Fine.
I’m not going to say this is complete though, until I’ve been into a couple of stores and tried on a few more things in size 8.

That’s the trick… more fruit and less chocolate! I’ve been eating more apples these last couple of weeks.

I just spent an hour on my cross-trainer and yesterday I went to the supermarket and stocked up on healthy foods. I’m not going on a diet as such, but just want to adopt a healthier way of life. And if that gets me back to a size 8, then so much the better!!
