Grow my hair as long as possible

It’s now been 3 years and my hair has just reached my hips. Unfortunately my wavy brown locks have become thinned and frayed from large amounts of absurd hair dying and a mowhawk cut to the top layer. If you want your hair to remain beautiful, leave it natural.
