have plastic surgery

I really want to have minor surgery on both my nose and chin.
In general, I like the way I look, and everyone I tell about the surgery tells me I’m crazy. Actually, I too think I’m pretty, but I COULD be even prettier, if I just corrected these flaws. They bother me, they sort of destroy the perfection I want to have. They just annoy me. Sometimes more, sometimes less, but I just don’t want to keep this for the rest of my life.
So I’m saving money…
I want to have this done before I’m 18.
