be fluent in english

This year, so far, I read 8 books in english and had no problem, despite some words that I had to look up at the dictionary, at understanding them. My vocabulary is getting bigger and bigger on a daily basis, I can watch a movie with no subtitles and understand most of it, I don’t need to read the lyrics to understand the music I’m listening to and I read online newspapers all the time. Of course there’s still a lot to improve, like my spoken english, but I’m confident that in less than a year I’ll be able to finish this goal for good. That is if I can get fluent without going to the country because everybody knows how hard it is to get into the U.S. after 9/11.

I’m finishing my English course this month, after that I’ll do an extra course, which is mostly focused on slangs and phrasal verbs, that will probably last for two years or so.
