I bounced some pesos off my abs, I can feel my pants around my waist looser, I’m happy, I will continue to do this though.

I did 240 crunches last week. I have no excuses than being a lazy a**.

This week hasn’t been so bad, I did 400 crunches yesterday. I will do 400 more tomorrow and I think I will do the rest on Friday.

I have done 960 crunches so far and I have 40 more to go in order to reach my weekly goal.
