I realise this is quite vague. I’ll focus on 3 things: exercise, eating well (moderate, healthy, sane) and going after the job I want.
I’ll evaluate myself every month or so on this basis.
Today:
-exercise: running ~30mins most days, alternaing daily pushups/tricep dips with planks (6mins total)
-food: excellent; eating 3 regular meals a day, with small snacks before dinner most days. limiting sweets/ excesses to one day (not fixed) per week
-job pursuit: doing ok, though feeling quite lost! will bite the bullet Tue. and try to get more info…

eating patterns, exercise (though that has definitely improved over the years), at attaining my other goals, etc, etc..
