Was caffeine-free. I really noticed it disrupting my sleep last week!! Anyway will give it up again soon.

Will set a reminder though to begin again in 2 weeks’ time ;-)
This may well be the best thing I have ever done for myself, I can’t get over how well I’m sleeping, it’s like I’m in tune with my body for the first time since I can remember, i.e. if I’m tired I sleep- this is all new to me!! I’m sure that 1 cup in the morning wouldn’t hurt others but my problem is that I develop a dependence despite my better judgment and I never stick to just the one.
and I don’t miss it at all!! I wake up feeling good most of the time and best of all my sleep patterns are starting to resemble a normal person’s!!! I don’t always wake up at 6/7am on the weekend, I fall asleep almost instantly when I go to bed… amazing!!!!
This is really cool, I thought I would miss it more!! I feel like my body has gotten used to not relying on caffeine for energy. Fingers crossed
I don’t mean completely avoiding substances containing caffeine or anything that strict, but I have cut out all coffee, tea and Pepsi Max, my latest addiction!!
