This one fell by the wayside cuz I needed some rest after the ½ marathon. Will go back to it next week, or maybe this weekend

did week 4 column 1 but then when it was time to do the test I did so poorly I didn’t even qualify for any of the week 5 columns..! Going back to week 4 this week and next!!
Once again I struggled on week 3, day 2… so I decided to just keep going but in column 1. Hopefully I’ll be able to handle that. Starting week 4 today… if I manage to complete the program this way, my next aim could be to do it all in column 2!!
I really couldn’t handle week 3, day 2 so have gone back to week 2, day 1, as the programme suggests, to try to strengthen my muscles! Wish me luck!
I’ve been relegated to column 2 after the test which comes at the end of week 2. I’m loving this!
I did day 2 yesterday, and it seems both my brothers and one of their +1s are doing it with me- who ever thought push-ups could be fun! :-s
I’d love to know about other similar fitness challenges if anyone knows of any… :-)
