I’ve lost 9 pounds so far using “thedailyplate.com”. It helps track your physical activity, and what you eat. I highly recommend it to anyone that needs help with this goal. By the way it’s free for the basic membership.
So far what has worked best for me is keeping a journal of everything I eat. I’ve tried this before and never had success with it I don’t know what is different this time, but it is working so I won’t complain.
I’m tired of carrying around this belly, so I am going to lose it.
I would like to get down to about 170 before the St Louis Marathon. That is the most important part of my training. I will be able to run it so much faster than last year without 20 extra pounds weighing me down. So I have until April to accomplish this goal, I hope it is enough time. It should be. All I need to do now is develop a plan of attack. Phase 1 will be eliminate all the crap that I eat. Phase 2 start running again, not just racing honest to G-d out the door training runs. Phase 3 yoga, calisthenics, and a little weight training. wish me luck
