Tonight was quite bad, scratch that it was real bad first I was awake all night, drank some coffee in the morning and finally got a bit sleepy (caffeine makes me calm and if I take enough sleepy) I fell asleep around 8 AM slept to 10 AM woke up for a bit and fell asleep to Noon woke up for a bit again and then slept to 2 PM and then gave it up. I have extra sleeping pills but they are very habit forming so I want to avoid them as much as possible and I need to sleep at least 7 to 8 hours after them so I don’t want to take them to late.

I have been sleeping badly for a couple of nights, right now it’s after 7 am and I’m still awake. Not tired but hungry, fixing something to eat seems like to much trouble right now though.
