I could list all kinds of excuses for why I’m failing, but I’ll just leave it at that.
Its hard to keep up 4 times a week. Although I started at 5 times a week and moved it down to 4 already. It just takes up so much time. You work 8 hours and then you have to spend an hour or longer at the gym, catch the bus home – I’m not home until 7:15.
I didn’t do so well over the holidays, like I didn’t work out at all for 2 weeks, but I was moving into my house which was hard work. I have to try to get back into it now.
Doing good. I am averaging about 4 times a week. This includes time at the gym and other various weekend activities. I don’t dare take it off the list yet…I’m worried that if I didn’t work here that I wouldn’t continue. I’ll check back in a few months. MVP Metro
I am doing good right now. I worked out last week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – and I met with a trainer Wednesday and Thursday, so I learned how to use the weight machines and stuff, and I am going today after work.
I joined a health club. I worked out on Friday and today and I plan to go tomorrow. Good job me.
I went on a bike ride yesterday…to get ice cream. That was about all of the exercise I did in the past 7 days. I just can’t seem to get a 4 time a week routine down. I should work out right when I get home from work, but that is usually dinnertime…then after dinner I’m too full to work out or I have something scheduled.
How did this happen? I have not been working out 5 times a week. Wow. Goodbye you 5 times a week people, I’m switching to 4 times a week. They have an exclamation too.
After an active weekend at the cottage (in my bathing suit) I decided to start working out 5 times a week. The reason I decided to start this was a combination of the good feeling of being active and because of how I felt in my bathing suit. I am keeping my diet basically the same because I am living with my grandparents right now and its really hard to control exactly what I am eating. My plan is to try to work out every weekday right after work. I go on the treadmill for 20 minutes and then I either do lunges or pushups/situps. So far I did it Tuesday and Wednesday (Monday was memorial day and I was still being active at the cottage).
