my diet is affecting my mood! 1 month ago

I was working on this goal, encouraged by pregnancy and quitting smoking, and doing really well eating three quality meals a day and snacking on fruit. On the rare occasion I get a take out I’ve noticed later on how much my mood has been affected: I go from being jolly and reasonable to down and pissed off in a few hours.

So of course I’m gonna keep up the good work, I look better feel better and hopefully my baby will be better for it. I really miss coffee but my teeth look whiter for it!

Been struggling with extremely low energy and have noticed just how bad my diet has got, about an hour ago after eating one and a half giant choc cookies washed down with my 4th coffee.

So time for a caffiene break – with the exception of the single morning cuppa tea – and really need to cut down the sugar, cheese, fat, salt et al. Starting right now.
