I was working on this goal, encouraged by pregnancy and quitting smoking, and doing really well eating three quality meals a day and snacking on fruit. On the rare occasion I get a take out I’ve noticed later on how much my mood has been affected: I go from being jolly and reasonable to down and pissed off in a few hours.
So of course I’m gonna keep up the good work, I look better feel better and hopefully my baby will be better for it. I really miss coffee but my teeth look whiter for it!
