Been reading a lot of inspiring writing about doing this, ironically enough in the unemployment career source office.

Unemployed, so the job search has to take priority. As ever, not seeing the ideal job pop out at me, and I am determined to stay out of retail, EXPECIALLY with Xmess on its way.
More importantly, a WELL-PAYING one. So much on my list depends on this. Debts must be paid off, I need to live alone, I want to travel, I want to learn new things (and classes cost $$$). I know They say you appreciate it more if it takes hard work to get something, but I wouldn’t be upset if a big pile of money just appeared either.
Somebody helped with my resume(s), let’s see if that does anything. Need to read the appropriate books I have about all this.
I left the hated job, that’s a start, and am working for Cirque du Soleil for a month (and you thought I was joking about joining the circus?). What comes after…? Nothing involving retail or customer service is the goal.
Oh thank fuck, I got the Cirque job, now I can give my two weeks notice at my current hated job!
Five days off from work, bliss! And I hope to apply to many many jobs, to get me out of this place, that gets more and more sucky.
My job search methods aren’t working, and I’m so close to just walking out of my current job, but I know from past experience that that’d be bad.
