My yoga classes are actually helping with this. I think I nodded off at the end of tonight’s class.

Been doing it almost nightly, with varying success. If it can help me to ignore or not be affected by noise so much, all the better.
Listened to the CD on headphones. Interesting bit about distractions, like pain in the neck, like I have. Supposed to acknowledge it and let it pass on. This will take some practice.
Was listening to a CD about it, but I kept getting distracted. Guess I need to listen in a dark room.
Going to check out a Buddhist temple this Saturday.
Update: eh, I’m looking for meditation, not religion.
There’s a Buddhist temple literally right around the corner from where I live! I’ll have to check it out.
I think I need to do this if only to learn how to cope with the noise that my neighbors make.
