live alone

I’ve only been here a week, and still unpacking, but it will sink in soon to be sure. No more dealing with roommate drama, quirks, or messes. No more waiting for the bathroom or kitchen. I can foresee some loneliness, but if I keep busy as I should’ve been, I won’t notice.

I got the keys to the place tonight!!

Oh crap, looks like I have a place!!!

Saw a place tonight, that isn’t in the most ideal location, but certainly affordable. Crossed fingers!

No way I can afford to buy a home or condo at this time, even an allegedly “affordable” one. What a letdown.

I spend as little time as possible in my current place now. It’s sad.

Time to find a new place, pronto, but I still want it to be just for me, no roommates. And no upstairs neighbors!!

The whole process of buying is mindraping, but even if it doesn’t work out this time, at least it’ll be a learning experience.

Will be applying for a place this weekend, although it’s a place for sale, not rent. Not sure if I’m ready for home ownership, but I need a solution. I need a place that I’m happy to come home to, and once again, it’s not this place.

Looking for an artist live-in studio, fingers crossed.

I just applied for an artist space, hopefully a live-in one!

2008 HAS to be the year I get my own place.
