I took a TI (Total Immersion) Freestyle Swimming course during the weekend. I was skeptical that they could help me learn how to swim better with only one weekend of instruction. But it did help me. It was a good thing I decided to do this. I highly recommend the course to those who want to learn proper freestyle swimming technique.
