Finals was a difficult time. I only exercised twice a week and ate way less than I should have (funny, but this makes me gain weight, so it’s no good).
Yesterday I was finally done, but I ate a little just for the pleasure (not that it’s bad to get pleasure out of eating, but I feel like I should be hungry and getting pleasure out of eating. I haven’t ever done that before and it didn’t feel good) of it and didn’t exercise. Today is a new day though.
I also think I need to be training for something, because exercise isn’t fun for me, it’s just something I need to do in order to sleep and balance my moods. So I guess finding something fun to train for is something for me to do over break.

I’ve gotten my dvd set of Jillian Michales, and they are quite challenging. I’ve only been doing the first two so far and not every day, but I am doing more than what I was doing.
I’m hoping that by the time school starts I will be able to do all five dvds each week.
I also want to start doing one ‘fun’ excercise thing a month, like going on a hike or going swimming.

Well, I ordered some new work- out dvds. They are not here yet, but at least I’ve taken some positive steps, even if it is small.

Well, I’ve come up with a dvd set that I’d like to buy. It will help me to use my step which I haven’t touched since I’ve bought it.
Also yesterday I was able to run through my weightlifting tape. I think part of the problem was that I was bored with the tapes that I’ve been doing for years.
I’m going to try an schedule an “interesting” excercise day each week where in I do something cool, like going swimming, going on a real hike, etc etc. Just something different from the normal excercise rountine. Hopefully this will keep me from falling into a rut and will keep me inspired to keep challenging myself.

I’ve got to make an exercise plan … since it’s been nice out, I’ve still been going outside and doing cardio—- but I haven’t been pushing myself and I’ve neglected anaerobic exercise.
This week’s project should be to come up with a realistic plan.
