You know, a screw fell out of my glasses today, and the right lens came right out, leaving me completely useless at work. It took me almost twenty minutes to find the screw and get it back in place with tools that really didn’t sutie the job, and the whole while I had that incredibly frustrating feeling of helplessness that comes with not having my glasses when I need them. It really drove home how screwed I am if something ever goes wrong when I don’t have a repair kit and LensCrafters isn’t just around the corner. Anyway, I’ve decided I should make this goal a much higher priority than ‘yeah, someday’.
