Well, I gave up pop/soda on Feb 1st, with the mind set that even though it isn’t much, it still would help me feel like I’m at least doing something. Lent starts today, and last year I gave up pop/soda. So I’m gonna give that up again, but also I’m gonna give up Pizza…which I’ve been having a lot of lately. The plan now is to start working out at home again. Jessica joined a gym a little while ago, and it sounds decent from everything she was saying. I’ll probably join with her soon, and hopefully I’ll see some changes.

oh man, ROCKY has inspired me to really get going on this. I started a little routine this morning (yes, I actually got up a little earlier today) and I’m hoping I can add to it. I was thinking a lot at work today, and it seems I’m starting to jumble up a bunch of goals into one. I have a membership to a YMCA that has a workout area. My parents got one for everybody. I’ve had it for a while, and used to go quite often, but I don’t think I’ve been there since sometime last October. This sunday I’m officially starting my wake up early trend, and I was thinking that I would get up early enough to start going back again. Then come home and relax by watching a movie I own but haven’t seen. That’s three goals right there, and I would hopefully try and work on each daily. Then I was thinking that once I’m ready and willing, I could be like ROCKY and run (or ride my bike more) each morning too. I’m just thinking outloud. I’m gonna do warmups till Sunday and then officially start all this and see where it takes me.
