Need to find time to get my push up and
walking done . . . Setting the goal was easy . . .
keeping to it . . . well thats proving to be the

Im gonna make it a goal to do 30 push ups 2 – 3 times a day . . . . and go for a walk 3 or 4 times a week . . this
should really help increase my physical activities . . .
and keep me much healthier . . .
I went for one hell of a walk today . . .
this was kinda good for me considering I just had
pizza I wanted to burn off some of the calories I just
put on from having pizza and coke . . .
felt good walkin’ around the block . . . .
talked on the phone to a couple of friends . . .
I think I could make this a regular thing to do . . .
I’d like to shoot for 3 or 4 times a week . . .
anyways . . I’ll keep ya posted . . . lata . . .
