Wow, I have not made much progress since I put this goal on 3 years ago. Yikes! However, I believe I am going to get there. I have not eaten sugar since the middle of July, and sugar was my downfall. I notice that I am not as hungry as I was when I was still eating stuff with sugar in it. My clothes are definitely looser. Two days ago I gave my scale to the Salvation Army.
I will have reached my goal when I can comfortably year my smashing pink velvet capri pants to a party!
It is going to happen. I know it.

having a tough time with this goal- at the doctor’s I was 150 pounds and three years ago this month I was 134- I looked very good- I have not given up, and I believe that I am heading toward reaching that goal- I really had to to fight this year with depression versus forcing myself to look on the bright side of life- I have made major strides with that- weight loss will follow

1-14 lost 4.1 last week; drinking lots of water and trying to eat protein until dinner; the I can indulge my carb cravings

dragged myself back to weight watchers last Wed and have stayed on program- only have 4 flex pts left so for next three days I will eat high low cal protein (tofu) and salad until evening. I plan to walk 2 miles each for the next three days.
I can tell I have lost some weight. Need to keep big glass filled with water.
