I think I lost 11 pounds. My scale is a little old, and hard to actually keep a daily track… but I think I lost 11 pounds!!!
I have cut out lots of fat and meat. And I haven’t had soda in about 2 weeks. So I think I can do this! It will be a long journey, but I think it is possible! Wish me luck!!!
I have given up red meat. No more beef, pork or lamb…
I don’t know if it will help or not, but it is a start.
I have also cut way back on sugar and fat intake.
But without a regular work-out routine, I am affraid all my diet efforts will be useless.
Healthy food is more expensive than junk food. And eating healthy and working out take too much time. I don’t have time. I am a mother of 3, full-time student, and an intern! Time is something I wish I had more of!!!
