A co-worker looked me over yesterday and said I was looking skinny! Wee!
I worry about my butt. It has a tendency to get really big. My husband likes that, I don’t. I have a tiny waist and when my glutes are huge I can’t find pants that fit. They all gap at the back.
I need an exercise that will tone and tighten and lift my butt with out building mass. Anyone know of one?

Crystal got an Ab-Lounge for Valentines Day. I came over this morning and worked out with it for a while before we went to the gym. It’s just as nice as I remember it being…. and I don’t have to worry about storage in my crowed apartment!
But it’s been four weeks and we have only touched the weights once. We are both anxious, Crystal is loosing weight for a wedding and I just wanna be slim and tone. Her personal trainer is waiting to hear back from a medical professional before he starts us on weights… and it’s a long wait.
I’m scared to take the next step and examine my diet. I know it’s not the healthiest, but our budget is really tight and we get a big protion of our food from my brother who brings home leftovers from whatever was catered at work that week. It’s usually yummy but not in line with “healthy” eating habits. Any suggestions on eating well on about $5 a week?

We went to the beach for our 2 year anniversary and I got a new two peice to wear. When I saw the pictures I couldn’t believe my husband let me out of the hotel.
I really need to get it together or get it away.
A friend of mine has started taking me to the gym with her and in 5 days Hubby says my butt is looking smaller! ( He’s sad about that, but I’m estatic.) I can’t wait to start doing weights and tone my arms and upper legs.
We work-out girls are wanting an Ab-Lounge. I used one for a while and it mad SUCh a difference in my waistline and the difference stay for about 1.5 months after I stopped using it. I can’t wait to get one for myself.
