1) Get rid of ugly concrete walkway
2) Add new curving stone or brick walkway and stoop
3) Raise and extend planting area and cover up hideous foundation
4) Add window boxes
5) Add a water feature
6) Add lighting
7) Include decorative features in walkway – inlaid copper or glass, maybe inlaid lighting
8) New garage door (done!)
9) New front door
