Have had chronic and severe insomnia for almost two years. Typically get only 2-3 hours per night. Have tried everything – Ambien, Lunesta, antidepressants, anti-anxiety, jasmine scent, Enya, deep breathing….
I know that everything in my life will be six shades brighter and richer once I start getting some real sleep!
Have heard all of the advice and recommended potions, etc., so please no more, but sympathy is welcomed!
