Losing a few pounds a week – mainly because I have quit drinking! I’ve also started a home exercise program to keep me buff(ish) as my work season has stopped now, so I’m not getting so much exercise. I’m currently working through the hundred pressups program ( www.hundredpushups.com ), and hoping to build up to a full (equipment free) workout, mainly for strength. Choosing which exercises to incorporate is being surprisingly difficult!

Flab off first!

Ha ha I’m getting rid of the flab first, then getting the six pack! There may even be one under there already, in general i’m pretty muscley… (I work doing heavy labour).
