This was a good religious based book that had a lot of different ways to deal with depression, fear, stress and worry. It also dealt with insecruity and lonuliness. It had a lot of references about her own life and about her journey and offers encouragement to coninue living the best you can. Now I am reading a few different books. I am reading one by Dean Koontz, another Joyce Meyers book and one by Joel Olsteen and the last one I started is about health called The Seven Pillars to better health.

Right now I am reading three different books. The first one is by Joyce Myers and its about combating depression and lonliness and insecruity. Its a good book if you have spiritual belief if not it maybe nice to read another point of view. The second book I am reading was recommended to me by my mom and its Your Best Life Now by Joel Olsteen which is another religious based book and the third book I am reading in called The Seven Pillars to Better Health and it was recommended to me by my future Mother In Law I just started reading this book and its designed to be read over 50 day to help teach you how to develope good habits
I have a lot of books that people and family keep giving me telling me its a must so I will read them lol
