get better at keeping in touch with people who are important to me

At least I can use the christmas cards as an attempt to keep in touch at this busy time of year, and then use the beginning of the new year as a time to catch up with people properly.

It seems strange to me how i still find this difficult – i am quite happy emailing people and will occasionally phone a friend i am still in touch with regularly, but those who i haven’t spoken to for ages – it is still difficult.

I spend so much time in front of a computer these days that I generally use e-mail to keep in touch with people, I so rarely call anyone who isn’t contactable on-line.

I need to stop that and actually get down to speaking to them…
