I have been working on this for the past few months. The reason I started doing this was because my boyfriend requested that I express my feelings more. So when I was mad the other day I told him why I was upset and we talked it out. I felt better, although kind of whiny, I’m just not used to expressing myself. Now if I could only express my feelings to my best friend. I have some issues I need to talk to her about, but every time I try she gets defensive and shuts down. Oh frustration.
