Hi all, I just joined this group. It’s February and by May, (beginning of bathing suit season, I would love to be 20 lbs thinner. My goal is not to restrict my eating but to simply be more aware of when I eat – many times I eat when I am bored or sad or anxious. My body tells me when I am hungry or when I am not, but sometimes I ignore what I am feeling and try to cover it up with food. My goal is to be aware of what my stomach is saying and to fill emotional voids with emotions!
