i eat so much of both so i need to stop eating them, i know if i make it a week ill be fine forever but that week is a hard week:-)

Okay back to vegan 23 months ago

I see potential in a vegan lifestyle so im gonna try again.
Today wasnt my best health day but not really my worst either sadly. I ate 3 granola bars for breakfast (400) calories, then I baked a cake, I didnt eat any but I ate a good amount of icing prob (400) cal, then I ice skated and ran 3 miles- it was so cold today my fingers went numb WITH GLOVES!!!! lol then I made pita cinnamon sugar strips with one pita worth and I ate it all lol so prob another 400 calories, then I ate 2 peanut butter cracker things so another (360) calories lol so not a banner day but not a whole thing of cookies day either soo im working my way there….But i am finding peace with myself i am 4’10 and a half and my happy weight used to be 86 before i grew half an inch this year lol then now i weigh 92 pounds and for I while i was determind to lose 6 pounds but it used to be so easy to be that weight, and now its about the same difficulty to be 92 and Im still in my teens and i think its my body maturing so Im starting to accept its new shape :) I been this weight for a few months now gained 2 pounds over christmas but it came off easily like it used to when I weighed 86 so I think this is my new comfy weight, but its a shame my clothes dont fit anymore because I used to really watch my weight and i weighed 76 pounds a year and a half ago at 4’10 so this 16 pound weight gain brought my up a size sigh i liked those clothes- but hey an excuse to go shopping- so cheers to accepting our bodies!

i have tried vegetarian, i have tried vegan, i have tried almost completely peanut butter based meals (not on purpose) and i just always over indulge and as a result am 8 pds heavier than i would like(not overweight- but im a perfectionist and i want my bmi in the 18 point something range instead like now its like 20- and im only 4’11 so i dont carry it as well as a taller person), i have decided to give myself no dietary restrictions the only approach i havnt tried meaning i can eat dairy and meat and hope that i can avoid over indulging in sweets. why do some ppl have all the will power? well since it is 12:51 am now is as good a time as any- when i wake up i will start to try….
my approach will be either an egg white omelet or an acai smoothie for breakfast, a salad w/ some sort of lean cut meat or eggs for lunch, and what ever my mom makes (normally healthy for dinner) I am only 15 and active so i can rely some on my metabolism but even a teeneage metabolism can be pushed too far, so i want to try to have like just one cookie or one piece of chocolate or a yogurt as a dessert so i wont feel deprived. well any advice or comments are certainly welcomed!
