what to eat? 23 months ago

so i was tested for allergies, and i am allergic to broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, cantaloupe, carrots, cauliflower, cheese, cranberries, eggs, lettce, milk, oats, onion, tomato, wheat and yeast, so im not sure exactly what to eat…..for breakfast right now i just have a glass of oj, lunch im not sure what to do because i cant eat lettuce…dinner is beans, tofu and veggies-excluding these ones or soup, any suggestions are much wanted



okay now its time to stop baking 23 months ago

even vegan baking is calorie dense so time to stop baking. I want to lose 6 pounds. tomorrows meal plan= B= smoothie- acai, wheat grass, 1 cup berries, 1/2 cup pomegranate juice,1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon bee pollen 1/4 cup orange juice and 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast(360)- lunch= salad from salad bar(200), dinner= tofu and veggies (340)

today for breakfast I ate a vegan granola bar, and drank 8 oz 100 percent apple juice, and a little orange juice to help me eat bee pollen I really dont like the taste but I know its good for me so I put it in my mouth then orange juice to help get it down lol- it works. then I baked walnut-chocolate brownies from The Joy of Vegan Baking, which were awesome, and I must say it is nice being able to lick the bowl clean and not worry about salmonella! didnt eat lunch because I got busy oops! But then for dinner I ate tofu using the recipe Baic Broiled Tofu from Veganomigan and I accompanied it w/ a corn-edamame salad which was very good also, so I am very proud of myself and I feel great and satisfied!, Also I notice I have more frequent and healthier bowl movements, and some float haha- sry it that is too much information!



Baking delicous stuff 23 months ago

I have 3 vegan cookbooks- Eat, drink & be vegan, Veganomegan, and The Joy Of Vegan Baking. I have been enjoying baking, I baked a cake from Eat, drink & be vegan, and veganized my favorite icing recipe and it was sooooo good, I also made cinnamon sugar pita stripes which were also soooo gooodddd! I realize not the healthiest things but hey, its a start right? my meal plan tomorrow:
Breakfast: Acai apple smoothie- 1/2 cup apple juice, sambazon acai pulp, 1/2 banana, 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, 1 ounce wheat grass, 1 teaspoon bee pollen

Then I am going to bake brownies from the joy of vegan baking book, i dont have flaxseeds so i hope its okay w/o it- though it was prob an egg replacer- there is also apple sauce in it though so maybe it will be alright…i hope

For a snack I will have 1/2 frozen banana-left from b-fast

Then for dinner I am going to make a kale and tofu stir fry

So I hope I stick to it!!!!!
