or rather i’d like to have a running partner. my sister is a little chicken who hates running, but always bitches she’s fat, and will only walk. running by myself is boring and just a bit scarey. plus my running is all over the place, one day i do it the next i don’t. plus i have funny eating habits. sometimes i eat junk all day. sometimes i just eat all day. sometimes i only eat one meal a day. sometimes i even eat good stuff. it’s weird, but i don’t want to automatically convert my diet to good stuff. family would bitch about not having enough junk to it, and i unfortunately have to share the fridge with them. maybe section off a place just for me?

First research on diet. Cardio is covered. 30 mins to an hour. Easy. I just don’t know what to eat exactly for a flat stomach. I know good stuff, so no sugary or fast food crape. Well, I don’t like fast food except for Subway, so that’s one diet problem solved already. But I looooove my chocolate.
After research, design a diet and get my sister to join me. She also desires to do this too. Better than doing this alone. Tell my intentions to my mother, and go shopping with her more often so she doesn’t keep buying unhealthy crape all the time. She’s forgetful like that, but telling her about this will help aid her memory a bit. Do cardio in the evening, it is summer now so it’d be crazy to do it any time of the day. I plan to do power-walking and jogging. And my sister does have a soccer ball, so we can use that too at times.
Well I did try to get a flat stomach one or actually twice. The first time I put myself on some weirdo starvation diet. Not a great idea. I ended up binging and giving up on the idea. The next time round I had the right idea with the cardio but the diet was still bad.
It’s the diet part I keep messing up. Cardio is way easy for me. Loads of space to do anything, safe, clean air, etc. etc.
