I was not eating enough 17 months ago

Even though most people think I eat a lot, I discovered that I was not eating enough for my body to recover quickly from injuries and intense exercise.
Being impatient to lose excess body fat, I was not eating enough for my optimum health. I love fresh crisp crunchy delicious raw vegetables as snacks and with meals. I enjoy grilled fish, skinless chicken breast and game meat which has almost no fat.
I like this goal. I am really enjoying plenty of food and I have lots of energy.
