So worth it! I’m vegan raw fooding …2/3-3/3 meals during the week and 3/3 meals on weekend/at home/try to on vacation. Even though I’m a big gal the motivation to eating this way was not weight loss but just part of my goal to be happy often – feeling good is part of that.
I’d first thought the raw food thing was some New Age Bull Shit but it so works. Never had a major health problem(thank good for luck and genes…at my past weight I should have a lot of illness).
Things that are better:
1. Energy. (Found out that I actually want to clean up and do dishes)
2. Stuffy Nose in the mornings (thought I didn’t vacum my room enough…now nothing even if I don’t vacum for a week).
3. Eyes whiter and shiny
4. Less mood swings. I seem more approachable (at least that what people say..I think it’s just the matter of the energy and feeling better)
5. Skin was good..now it’s great
6. Concentration (thank you!!! – have slight ADD..still have too many interests but now I can actually can follow thru with some without it being too much work)
7. On weekends, I usually sleep in. Up early and ready to go somewhere.
8. Use to feel sleepy whenever I read more then an hour.
9. I don’t feel my food in my stomach nor do I feel sleepy after I eat.
