Last week I gained 4 pounds… this week I lost 6!! That means I’ve lost the 4 plus 2 more!! 42.5 lost in 18 weeks!

If so, do you do the new program and the older ones? If it’s the recent one, do you eat your flex points and eat APs?

P.S. I did do WW and am thinking about going back to it. I’m on BFL and love my free day, but I think I need more stability.
I stepped on the scale this morning, and it said I gained 4 pounds. 4 pounds!!! I knew Monday screwed me up. But how in the heck did I gain 4 pounds this week?? The only other thing I can think of is this… I worked till failure with the weights at the gym. I lifted heavily this week too, and last night I had a roast beef sandwich with one slice of pizza.. I’m hoping it’s just the muscle gain and water weight.. because I worked my ass off in the gym all week!!!
I do have one positive.. the snug 18’s I tried on last week fit me pretty good today.. so that’s a plus!!
I’m not even going to count this as my WI and totally void it, and work lighter at the gym, and eat a heck of a lot better this week.
I’m sad tho, and need some cheering up!
Im nervous!! I did bad on Monday, but worked extra hard and drank extra water this week. I’m really hoping I don’t see a gain, if I do, then I’ll do better next time!
But then the scale tells a different story, like when you get on it, you’ve actually lost weight?
Some days you’re hungrier than others? I’ve been so hungry all week. I was bad on Monday. Tuesday and today I’ve done better. I didn’t make the best of food choices today. One meal was peanuts and pretzels. I have been getting in 20+ glasses of water, and my exercise. I just want Sunday to get here, so I can see how much I’ve gained :D
The first half of the day was GREAT! Ate like I always do, exercised like I always do, got in 12 cups of water!! Then 7 came around, and we went out for dinner.
I had
philly cheese sandwich,
the bread of my kids burger,
a roll,
1/3 of my husband quesadilla,
some mini peanut butter cups
ice cream
marshmallows
2 smores.
OMG what did I do??
?!
DH and I agreed that this wasn’t a race, and if I do have a small gain this week, that it will be ok!
I’m going to work extra hard this week, I’m prepared for it!! I’m going to up my cardio and up my water to 192oz this week and see where I’m at on Sunday.
WTF happened??? DH has been whiney all day and my back hurts.. I guess I kind of felt like I needed this.. but yesterday was free day!!!
The only positive is this… It was only a couple of hours, and I did exercise and drink my water today.
Tomorrow is a new day!!
I want to eat, and I just ate… the is what I hate.. the day before and the day after free day I wanna eat! I’m really good at avoiding it.. but in the back of my head I’m thinking those bad bad thoughts :(
I am down another 2.5 this week! 40.5 in 16 weeks ain’t to bad eh? Only 70.5 until my goal!
