Highly recommended! Both are excellent foods that you can make extra for dinner and then take with you for lunch the next day. Tabouli is actually better the next day.

I made an obscene amount of dinner, which I will take with me for lunch tomorrow, yay! I realized that I don’t particularly like sandwiches for lunch (and they also interfere with my other goal of losing weight!), so I downloaded two recipes for vegetarian lunch ideas: pasta salad and tabouli salad. These seem very easy to do and yummy! I will go grocery shopping tomorrow and get the ingredients..
I prepared my lunch again today: tomato and cheese sandwich, carrots and banana! yay!
I am trying this new thing where I prepare my lunch from the night before. I am generally in a rush in the mornings and have no time to prepare food. So, I just prepared a tuna sandwich, carrots, a banana, a cereal bar and a small pack of cookies. I have an early appointment tomorrow, so hopefully I will not forget to pick up my lunch from the fridge in the morning before I leave!:)
