I made tabouli salad the other day, yummy!
I also made some kind of lentil filled squares using the pillsburry pie dough. I didn’t occur to me to use my mixture in tacos, but I bet that would work, too. Thanks for the ideas!
I use “Student Vegetarian’s Cookbook.” Not only are the recipes fast, the ingredients are not too fancy either. I don’t usually have so many varieties of food in my refrigerator, so this is perfect.
