Ok I didn’t go through this one. I was ashamed on the beach with that coming belly !
26 years old: it’s time to take action when you can, after it becomes a real pain in your 30s.
I have never been really fit, so it is high time for me to enjoy life as a lean person..
So I am going back to work-outs, running (although I ran the marathon it did not necessarily help me since I gained a lot of weight afterwards to compensate the ache).
I’ll let you know.
Simple rules: cut sugar, eat non-fat, avoid alcool. Sports, stairs, and mental power.
(I have also cut on coffee since I slept 20 hours a day at the beginning of my holiday, it is not related but it is all going in the way of a healthier life).
Yesterday was my gf birthday, i thought it was the new year’s eve again!
Planturous lunch and dinner, I think I’ve gained 3 kg!
But I’m comforted in the opinion that I definitely lost weight. Keep away from alcohol!
Maybe my starting point wasn’t correctly mesured, but it seems that stopping drinking alcohol, stopping sugar, running 3 times a week and 120 sit-ups a day make me feel better and weight less.
The real problem is to stay at the same level!
