Last August I started jogging in the morning, every morning before school, and in that time I was also eating better and exercising regularly. Lately I just haven’t been doing that, but I am going to start jogging again tomorrow morning. I started working out again last week and I’m sore but it’s gonna be worth it.
Last time I also gave up caffeine almost completely, maybe one energy drink or cup of coffee in a month. I don’t plan to do that this time, although I definitely will cut down.
I have never been able to run a mile without stopping, so that is my first goal. Although it has been a while since I’ve tried to run a mile without stopping, so I don’t know. I’d like to be able to run a five minute mile eventually.
