theory: If negative/evil thought come to me…
rather than attempt to block them which could allow them to hover, haunt and fester… allow them to come, acknowledge the message they bring as perhaps intuition or warning bells (based on experience) then allow those feelings to run over me like water off a ducks back, have a shake, flick them off and get on with enjoying the weather :-)
To fully enjoy every moment comprehend there is no need for negativity, particularly when attempting to make very well informed choices.
Perhaps i will be able to tick this goal off my list as “figured out” and complete soon.
